Femme Connection and our core partners are members of SEDEX (the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), a non-profit organisation which provides access to independent and detailed third-party audit reports of suppliers and factories. Our suppliers are required to have a SMETA (SEDEX Members Ethical Trade Audit) to assess the quality of their operations.
Our in-house Sourcing and Compliance team conduct unannounced audits to ensure all our suppliers and partners are compliant with local laws & regulations and ensure we maintain high standards across all areas of our business from labour & human rights to ethical practices and sustainability.

All paper, cardboard and plastic waste from all our offices, warehouses and distribution centre is widely recycled and the use of recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

We are proud of our partnership with REDCycle. RED Group is a Melbourne-based consulting and recycling organisation who has developed and implemented the REDcycle Program; a recovery initiative for post-consumer soft plastic.

We work closely with a number of modelling agencies to ensure we promote real body images for our customers. We strive to ensure our models reflect a varied and inclusive image, models ranging in heights, body type, dimensions and nationalities.
