Describe your style in one sentence
Classic with a relaxed boho twist

Your go-to outfit piece?
Always a denim jacket! It works with so much in my wardrobe

Where do you get your style inspiration from?

It used to be fashion magazines, but not it’s Instagram. I like that you can see fashion on women of all ages and all sizes.
Who is your celebrity Style Icon?
More of a TV character but it’s Carrie Bradshaw! Her shoes and her fashion risk encourages me to have fun with fashion

Favourite trend at the moment?
My Favourite trend at the moment would be colour, I am loving mustard and emerald green. These aren’t colours I would usually gravitate to but loving the boldness this season. My top tip to wearing them would be to pair them with neutrals and denim to tone them down.

A style tip every girl should know?
Take the time to make an effort when you walk out that door. No matter where you’re going as you will be amazed at how fabulous and confident you will feel if you love what you’re wearing.

Karen the Hanky Hem Dress

I wore this cute Hanky Hem dress for work today only $34.99. It features lovely stretchy material super comfortable AND it has pockets, need I say anything else.
Tips for anyone wanting to become a blogger or influencer?
I didn’t start my Instagram page with the intention of being a ‘blogger’ or an ‘influencer’, it was purely with the intention of sharing a little bit of myself and my personal style to show that age and size shouldn’t stop you for having fun with fashion. It just grew naturally as women responses and connected to. To be honest, I still struggle with the influencer tag.

For me, one of the biggest things is to stay true to yourself and don’t get caught up with trying to keep up with others. People see fakeness a mile off. Work hard, nothing comes easy. You really need to connect with your community and to play nice. For me, this is one of the most important things in everything I do.
