VIP Terms and Conditions
1. VIP Rewards Cards and member benefits are for exclusive use of the VIP Rewards Card Member.
2. By joining VIP Rewards program, Femme Connection may use your personal information to contact you from time to time and/ or to send advertisements about events, products and services which we think you are likely to be interested in. Femme Connection's privacy policy also forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. It is the member’s responsibility to inform Femme Connection of any changes to personal details. Femme Connection accepts no responsibility for members not receiving benefits, invites or any other promotional material, if incorrect details are provided. Femme Connection also accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected correspondence resulting from circumstances outside Femme Connection's control.
4. Femme Connection reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) suspend, terminate or vary the VIP Rewards program; (b) change the terms and conditions of the VIP Rewards program; and (c) terminate any individual’s membership or refuse to issue any individual a membership in its absolute discretion.
5. Femme Connection shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by members resulting from such suspensions, terminations, variations or change as set out in clause 4, or arising from the VIP Rewards program, except for any liability which can not be excluded by law.
6. Members may terminate their membership to the VIP Rewards program at any time, without reason, by giving written notice to: info@femmeconnection.com.au
