Styling Jumpsuits: Your Ultimate Styling Guide

Jumpsuits have been, and still are, all the rage in the fashion world. They are comfortable and easy, require little styling, and the combined top and bottoms allow for a cohesive look that is a great canvas to add to. Here are some styling tips we use when we wear our favourite Femme Connection jumpsuits.

THE SHOULDER TIE JUMPSUIT

This playsuit is so versatile! The secret to wearing it casually and formally is in your styling choices. Casually, wear with a statement necklace and flats or sneakers. For the chillier months ahead, you can layer this on top of a tee shirt or fitted long sleeved. To achieve a more polished look, wear with a blazer or leather jacket and heels. However, at the end of the day, this jumpsuit is still great with minimal accessories or styling – the baggy silhouette and tie up straps are a statement in itself!

BUTTON FRONT PLAYSUIT

This sleek piece is perfect for a more formal event, perhaps a dinner with friends or even a cocktail party. The sleek black fabric is light and breathable, and the fit-and-flare cut ensures it is flattering on everyone! This playsuit is the perfect canvas for a glamourous look. Drape a sparkling or knit cardigan over your shoulders and pair with your favourite heels. Alternatively, consider a statement pair of earrings and oxford flats for a more individual look.

METALLIC WAIST TIE JUMPSUIT

Dazzle in a touch of sparkle that can be effortlessly transitioned from day to night. This playsuit would be beautifully complimented by a thick knit blazer. The structure and professionalism a blazer adds means that this look would be perfect for after work drinks, or a weekday night out. Consider bringing the metallic down to your feet with strappy sandals, dazzling boots, or shining heels.

SLEEVELESS PRINTED JUMPSUIT

As we move towards winter, this plaid pattern is very on trend and season appropriate. This printed jumpsuit is a white based pattern, which keeps your look light and feminine. It looks great paired with a silky bomber jacket or leather jacket, or with a dark long-sleeve underneath. The flare bottoms are made to be paired with an ankle boot for a rustic leather touch.
